When my iPhone is in BookBook for iPhone 5, my voice sounds muffled to the people I'm talking to. Why is this happening?
The iPhone 5 has a noise-cancelling microphone, located on the back between the camera and flash. In environments with background noise, if this microphone is covered, it will cause your voice to sound muffled. However, this is very easily fixed by not holding the covers together quite so tightly when you're talking on the phone. If the background noise can reach that microphone, it will do it's job and your voice should be nice and clear. This will be true for all cases with a front cover that folds back on itself when the iPhone is in use.

Can I access the controls and charge/sync my iPhone inside BookBook?
Yes. You can access all controls on your phone while it’s in BookBook and you can charge/sync your iPhone with the wallet open or closed. Unlike bumper style cases, there are no frames to get in your way.
How many cards and how much cash can BookBook for iPhone hold?
BookBook for iPhone 5 can comfortably hold four to five cards, along with a couple folded bills of cash, receipts or business cards inside the vertical pocket.
What's the easiest way for me to take my iPhone out of BookBook?
To remove your iPhone from BookBook, simply bend the two top corners of the case back until the iPhone releases from the frame, slide your fingers behind your iPhone and pull it out of the case.
Will the iPhone demagnetize my credit cards?
No. BookBook for iPhone 5 does not contain any magnets whatsoever. The iPhone does not create or use magnetic material of any appreciable size either. If it did, it would interfere with the iPhone’s own internal Compass. Apple even warns against using any case with magnets. Finally, the notion that a cell phone could ever erase the magnetic strip on a credit card may be more myth than reality. Extensive internal testing has reaffirmed, credit cards will not be erased by being held in close proximity to your iPhone in a BookBook.
The cover of my BookBook for iPhone 5 won't lay flat, is this normal?
Just like a pair of leather shoes, the cover of your BookBook for iPhone 5 will "break in" over time to lay flat. One way to expedite this process is to lay your BookBook front cover down whenever you place your BookBook on a table or flat surface.
