• All Twelve South products purchased from twelvesouth.com or an authorized retailer are covered under our warranty policy covering defects in workmanship or materials. 

• We offer a 1-year warranty on all authorized purchases made before June 1, 2026, and a 2-year warranty on all authorized purchases made on or after June 1, 2026.

• All information requested must be provided and we will not be able to accept bank statements as proof of purchase under any circumstances.

• After submitting your request, please allow up to 2 business days for processing. You will receive an email from support@twelvesouth.com to follow up! 

• ‼️ IMPORTANT: Purchases made through authorized resellers (Amazon, Apple, etc.) must be returned or exchanged within the reseller’s return window. Twelve South’s warranty applies only after that period. Products purchased through resale or secondary marketplaces, including Amazon Resale, are not covered.
