    Excellent Support and Hassle-Free Replacement

    I bought the AirFly Pro about a year ago and it worked perfectly in the beginning. Recently it suddenly stopped turning on, even though it was fully charged. I tried all the troubleshooting steps, but it remained unresponsive.

    I reached out to Twelve South and the support team, especially Zoe, was excellent and very responsive. They quickly identified the issue and arranged a warranty replacement without any hassle. While I was disappointed the product failed, I really appreciate how smoothly the replacement process was handled.

To get started, charge your AirFly, plug it into the 3.5mm headphone jack, and place both AirFly and your wireless headphones into pairing mode. AirFly Pro 2 and AirFly Pro can connect two pairs of wireless headphones at once, so you can share a movie, show, or playlist with someone beside you. AirFly SE connects to one pair of wireless headphones at a time.

Start by confirming AirFly is charged and in the correct mode, then disconnect nearby Bluetooth devices that may be competing for the connection. If you’re still having trouble, reset AirFly and pair your headphones again from the beginning.

Keep AirFly dry and clean it with a soft, dry cloth as needed. Avoid liquids, harsh cleaners, and extreme temperatures, and charge your AirFly periodically when it’s being stored for an extended period.
