I bought the AirFly Pro about a year ago and it worked perfectly in the beginning. Recently it suddenly stopped turning on, even though it was fully charged. I tried all the troubleshooting steps, but it remained unresponsive.
I reached out to Twelve South and the support team, especially Zoe, was excellent and very responsive. They quickly identified the issue and arranged a warranty replacement without any hassle. While I was disappointed the product failed, I really appreciate how smoothly the replacement process was handled.
