So, my BookBook journey thus far has been iPad mini cases, each one has outlasted the iPad within, which has always remained in A1 condition, just age (and lack of latest iOS) getting the better of it. I decided to move to a phone this year and was disappointed when I found no BookBook available. Then this new case came out within days of ordering my new phone and I was thrilled. I checked the UK store and it kept saying BookBooks were discontinued, so placed a preorder in the US store and accepted the shipping cost. Typically the day it shipped was the day it suddenly showed up in the UK store! Anyway, it arrived safe and well in a very nice box, the case itself is beautiful. The colour bands, blue and red are more muted than in the photos and the leather is more matt finish, all of which look so much classier. The magnetic clasp is perfectly aligned, and the construction beautifully executed. Card slots are tight but not too tight and the cash section holds all UK bank notes with ease. The inner phone shell is high quality, with buttons for all except the photo controls which is a recessed opening. Openings for speakers and charger are perfectly centred. The case fit to the phone is tight, the camera protection is fractionally taller than the lenses adding to excellent all round phone protection. The magnetic connection inner shell to BookBook outer is strong but the phone has a larger range of movement than I would have liked (not a dealbreaker by any means)
