Twelve South Return Policy

If you purchased a product directly from the Twelve South website, we offer a 30-day refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be in new condition and packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. Our Support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for refund or replacement. All returns must be shipped to Twelve South prepaid. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting Support at either 800-858-1276, or contact us here.

Return Methods

Full Refund Returns

A customer may return any item(s) purchased from twelvesouth.com for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. Items purchased from authorized Twelve South resellers can be returned to the reseller according to their individual return policy.

Warranty Replacements

A customer may replace any item(s) purchased from twelvesouth.com or an authorized retailer within one year of the purchase. Learn more about our Product Warranty.

Authorized Resellers

You can purchase a variety of Twelve South products from our Authorized Resellers, both in-store and online. We can only offer warranty replacement for products purchased from these resellers. Any full refund returns will need to be made through the designated reseller and in accordance with their return policy.
